You will not be able to access any items on the System Menu until you have logged in. If you cannot login for technical reasons or need to reset your password, please click on Assistance above and submit a message to support to reset your login. You will require your Site ID and Staff ID. A new login key will be emailed to your Clinics IV Life email address registered on the system.

Clinics IV Life - Terms of Use

By accessing this system you confirm that you are an employee or member of Clinics IV Life or are directly contracted to Clinics IV Life and have been allocated a username and password by a Clinics IV Life system administrator. Your IP address is recorded with each login and discrepancies will be logged, monitored and reported. You will automatically be locked out of the system after two incorrect login attempts.

Clinics IV Life is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide essential health care and services to mothers and newborn in disadvantaged communities across the globe. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
